Girls always stay aware about their face but they do not worry about hands. Hands also need a good care.
Today i will tell some good natural treatments by which you can keep your hands beautiful and maintain there softness.
Here are some tips that can be used in day today life for taking care of hands :
1. Use mild soap when you wash your hands.
2. Always use moisturizer after hand wash to keep your hand soft.
3. Cover your hands when you step out during day time specially in summers.
4. Take 1 tsp milk cream(malai) add some powdered sugar to it. Mix it well . Apply it on back(dark) side of you hand. Do massage in upward (from fingers to wrist) for 10 to 15 minutes twice in week. It will keep your hands smooth. Cream will make your hand's skin soft and sugar will help to clean your skin and massaging in upward direction will help in keep your skin tight .
5. Rub lemon on your hands. It will help to remove tanning.
6. If you are a home maker and do your house hold stuff yourself. Then always use luke warm water or room temperature water for work. Too hot or too cold water can harm your hands.
7. Take few pieces of papaya, mash it well, mix 1 tsp of lemon juice, half tsp of honey , mix all three and apply it as a mask over back(dark) side of hands. you can do this once or twice a week.
8. Take Luke warm water, add some mild shampoo to it to make it soapy, dip your hands in it for 10-15 minutes, then rub ur hands one by one with some soft scrubber to remove dirt and dead cells. Wash with soap less water . Apply fruit cream on it or you can use the mixture mentioned in tip no. 4.
9. Keep your nail filed and clean. To make them grow you can massage ur nails and cuticles with olive oil.
10. Take glycerin nd rose water in equally, mix 1 lemon per 50 ml in glycerin-rose water mixture. Apply this before going out and before sleeping. It will work as a sun block and remove tanning and glycerin will soften your skin.
11. If you don't get time to do all things mentioned above than use some good fruit cream to massage your hands every day for 5-10 minutes because massage increase blood circulation which make your skin glow and look younger .
12. Take manicure once in a three or four weeks.
Follow these and have soft , smooth , beautiful hands....
