Every women wants her skin to be clear and glowing. Everyone loves spotless skin but the question is "How to get flawless, beautiful, markless skin? " . Today, i am trying to find out answer for this question with the help of some natural treatments and home remedies.
Some to do's
1.First of all, it is very important to keep the skin clean.
2.Proper cleansing make your skin healthy.
3.Drink plenty of water.
4.Cover exposed skin like face and arms before out in sun or pollution.
5.Use only branded skin products.
Some home treatments:
1. Take 2 tsp of milk, 1/2 tsp of besan, 1/2 tsp of glycerin, few drops of rose water and mix them to make a paste, apply this mixture to skin, keep for 15 minutes and them wash with water.
2. Take some dry orange peel, grind it and then mix 2 tsp of its powder in rose water and 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, apply this mixture to skin, keep it for 15 minutes and scrub it off and wash the face. Its will work as scrub, remove dead skin and improve your complexion.
3. Take some aloevera gel, apply it to face and neck, massage gently in circular motion for 5-10 minutes, then let it dry and wash it off. It keeps your skin clean, remove tanning and helps it to tighten.
4. Take 1 tsp of milk, mix pinch of salt to it, dip cotton bud in mixture and aplly to face daily. It will work as cleanser.
5. Mash 1/2 banana and add 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp milk. Apply to face and keep for about 10 minutes. Gently wash it off with lukewarm water. It helps soften the skin.
6. Cut a slice of watermelon, rub it all over your face, massage and wash it with luke warm water after 10 minutes.
7. Soak almonds overnight then in the morning take off its brown skin and grind it to a paste while making paste add rose water and milk to it and apply on the skin, let dry. Gently wash it off with lukewarm water. It will improve the complexion and give glow to your skin.
