Dark circles under eyes can steal the beauty of your eyes. It is a common common problem these days. There are several reasons that can be responsible for occurrence of dark circles. some major reasons are lack of sleep, low hemoglobin, stress and pollution. Here we have some natural tips to remove under eye dark circles. Before taking these measure first of all u should ensure who do you have dark circles and try to fix it.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Have balanced diet including fruits and salads. Specially take fruits rich in vitamin C and E.
- Take deep and long sleep at night. Try to avoid sitting in front of computer or TV for long period of hours continuously.
- Wear sunglasses when going out to sun or pollution.
- Use branded product for eye makeup. And always remove makeup before going to sleep.
Some remedies :
- Take juice of a potato, mix a pinch of salt in it, apply it to under eye area by cotton bud or you can use potato slice to rub over under eye area.
- Use cold tea bags by keeping them over eyes for 10-15 minutes daily for faster results.
- Take some cucumber slice and cover your eyes with it and relax for 15-20 minutes. It good for both your under eye skin and your eyes. It work as a skin toner. You can also use cucumber juice and apply it with the help of cotton bud.
- Take 1 tsp of sandal wood powder and make a paste by mixing it to rose water. Apply this paste. Wash with water after drying.
- Take pulp of papaya, 1/2 tsp of besan(gram flour), juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of turmeric and mix to make a paste. You can add some rose water to make consistency. apply it to your under eye area for 20 minutes and wash with water . you can use tomato pulp in place of papaya pulp as both are rich in vitamin C which is very help full for removing dark circles.
